What we were given.
Design two service-led sites that feel supportive (never clinical), accessible to all users, and capable of handling sensitive online payments and booking flows.
How we built it.
A measured WordPress build with careful information architecture, considered typography, full accessibility conformance and integrated booking + payment flows.
What it shipped as.
Two platforms the charity team can confidently grow into, with measurable improvements in service engagement and donations.
