What we were given.
Transition the legacy storefront onto a modern platform whilst integrating inventory across both online and physical store locations into a single source of truth.
How we built it.
Migrated the store onto Shopify and synchronised the POS system so inventory is managed from one unified system, online and in-store. Layered ongoing digital marketing campaigns over a refined storefront experience.
What it shipped as.
The business has grown from strength to strength following the platform migration and ongoing campaign management, with a unified retail and digital operation.
